Julia Dnistrianski is a Partner in the Resources and Native Title Group at Finlaysons.  She has practiced as a commercial lawyer for over 20 years and has specialised in the area of Resources and Native Title Law during the past 15 years, both as a key legal adviser to the South Australian State Government on resources projects and in the private sector.

Julia has advised on numerous transactions involving investment and acquisition of uranium interests by Australian corporations, foreign government controlled entities and foreign private corporations. She has extensive knowledge of the regulatory requirements relevant to the mining and export of uranium.

Julia is a member of the International Nuclear Law Association and attended the International School of Nuclear Course in 2007.
