Mr Henning holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours from Queens University, Belfast. He worked as a geologist in oil & gas exploration in Australia, the UK North Sea and Canada and has worked extensively in the UK and Australian venture capital industry. Mr Henning was responsible for business and corporate relations of ASX & TSX listed Extract Resources Limited (Extract) before taking up the position at Stonehenge 18 months ago. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
