Julia is a Partner at Finlaysons.  She has practised as a commercial lawyer for over 15 years and has specialised in the area of resources and native title law during the past 10 years, both as key legal adviser to the State Government on resources projects and in the private sector.

 

Julia developed a keen interest in the area of uranium mining whilst she was in house counsel to the former Department of Mines & Energy and acts for a number of uranium sector companies.  She has extensive knowledge of the regulatory requirements relevant to the mining and export of uranium.
