John Caon

John Caon is a Senior Geophysicist at Heathgate Resources based in Adelaide. He completed his Bachelor of Science at Flinders University in 1990 before undertaking field geophysical work for Zonge Engineering. In 1993 he graduated from the University of Adelaide with Honours in Geophysics. For the next four years he was employed by WMC as an exploration geophysicist at Kambalda Nickel Mines, St Ives gold Mines and Olympic Dam. He then worked for Normandy Exploration in Adelaide for four years exploring for gold in the Gawler Craton and the Tanami. For four years John worked as Consultant, Software Engineer and Project Manager for Ebor Computing. In 2005 John became the Managing Geophysicist for Zonge Engineering. In 2007 John was the Principal Exploration Geophysicist at Uranium One exploring in the Frome Basin and again on the Stuart Shelf. Since 2008 John has been the Senior Geophysicist at Heathgate Resources, working South Australian and Northern Territory Projects.
