| He is a Science graduate and holds a First Class Honours degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Adelaide. Paul also completed an Economics Degree from the University of Adelaide. During his studies he won the Australian Society of Accountants Prize for Accountancy (1984), the IBM Prize for Economic Statistics (1985), and the Economic Statistics Prize (1985). Paul held the House of Assembly seat of Mitchell from 1989 to 1993. In September 1995 Paul was chosen to fill a Legislative Council casual vacancy. |
