Glenn graduated with a Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering after beginning his working life in 1978 as an Instrument Technician (in the good old days of pneumatic control systems) in the BF Goodrich Chemical Refinery in Victoria.
After graduating he worked in a variety of industries including:

BF Goodrich                 Chemicals
MAR’s Corporation      Food
Kimberley Clark           Pulp and Paper
Faulding                        pulp
BHP                               Steel
                                       Water
                                       Power Generation
before forming his original company, Glenn Jobling Consulting based in Adelaide, South Australia, in 1989, concentrating on the food, pulp and paper and steel industries.  In 1999 he formed Adelaide Control Engineering to undertake work in the Uranium industry while Glenn Jobling Consulting continued to work in the other areas.  ACE has worked or is working for many of the companies involved in the industry including BHP, Rio, Cameco, Uranium 1, Paladin, Areva and Uranium Equities in countries such as Australia, Canada, Kazakhstan, Africa and Finland, wherever there are major Uranium deposits
The combined companies now employ a total of 14 full time staff plus other specialists on a part time basis in the disciplines of Chemical, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
