Cancellation Policy	Early bird rate $950.00 (including GST) for registration and payment received by 29 January 2010 ⁪Full delegate registration $A1050.00 for registration and/ or payment received after 29 Januray 2010 • To take advantage of our early bird rate of $A950.00 (including GST), please register and pay by 29 Januray 2010. If full early bird payment is not received by that date, the rate will automatically revert to our normal delegate rate of $A1050.00 (including GST). • Normal delegate registration payment is due and payable on 5 February 2010, with registration received after this date becoming due and payable immediately. No refunds/ credits will be given for cancellation made after this date. Replacement/ substitute delegate(s) may however be nominated. • Cancellation/ substitution requests must be submitted in writing to the conference coordinator prior to the conference. Cancellation/ substitution requests received during/ after the conference will not be processed. • Please note that unpaid registration may be refused admittance to the conference. • As the event is held and hence deemed to be enjoyed in Australia, delegate fees are subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST).
