David is currently the President and Director of Heathgate Resources, a privately owned company which owns and operates the Beverley Uranium Mine in South Australia. He has been Managing Director and Non Executive Director of ASX listed companies in the resources and biotechnology sectors and CEO and Director of major energy infrastructure companies.
Previous roles have included Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel and Company Secretary. His roles have involved dealing with many practical issues with continuous disclosure obligations and the operation of joint ventures. This has brought with it an appreciation of the pressures on junior R & D and exploration companies in relation to continuous disclosure.
David has extensive experience in issues management and in handling business globally – UK, EU, USA, Asia, South Africa. He has been General Counsel in energy and aviation industries and formerly a partner with the major legal firms, Freehills and Ebsworth & Ebsworth in Melbourne.
